Unprecedented, Unrelenting, and Undeniable: IFA Boys Leave Their Mark on the 23/24 Season!

Our players are unrelenting, our rise is unprecedented, and our presence is undeniable.

Across all tiers of our club, our boys have been a resolute force, fighting for the badge and each other. We couldn't be prouder of what they have achieved in such a short time.

The atmosphere within our club is electric, but we remain focused on the task at hand. These incredible achievements are benchmarks as our boy's program continues to redefine what is possible.

Hear from our IFA Elite Boys Director and our West Director what these successes mean to our club!

“IFA is incredibly proud to recognize the success of our boys in the 23/24 season. With excellent displays across all regions and programs, we couldn't be more proud of what our boys have accomplished. The IFA Boys program continues to highlight itself as the elite development environment for players.

From multiple State Cup victories across our IFA West and NAL programs to impressive campaigns in the NECSL and USYS NL, our boys have once again resoundingly announced that IFA is here to change the game.

In addition to these performances, we are thrilled to see 3 out of 4 of our MLS NEXT teams heading to playoffs on the heels of an incredible league win from our U19 MLS NEXT boys. This is truly a remarkable accomplishment on the part of our U15, U16, and U19 MLS NEXT teams.

Not to be outdone, our NAL boys have carried the same momentum, with 4 of 6 teams advancing to playoffs. In addition to the U14 and U17 boys qualification, our U13 and U19 NAL teams both winning the conference with undefeated seasons. The U13 NAL boys additionally boasted a 100% record in league play

The future at IFA is also bright with the 2013 Pre MLS (U11) Group winning all 14 league games within the Northeast Academy League and the 2012 (U12) groups finishing within the top 3 in both NEAL brackets.

Having been granted the full MLS NEXT pathway and joining the NAL just this past year, the results speak for themselves. Our club mentality is one of continued improvement, and the scope of our ambitions is clear. We continue to place player development at the forefront of what we do, and the proof of this mentality resonates within all tiers of our program.

We are so proud of what we have achieved in such a short space of time, and it shows the quality of work we are putting in as a club. We have shown that we can compete amongst the very best nationally and internationally and are extremely focused on continued improvement. We will not stand still as a club. Our goals are ambitious, but our pathway forward is clear to all involved.”

Rohit Gautam, IFA Elite Boys Director

“We share the sentiment that our momentum is just a sign to keep pushing forward. The boys and our coaches have done truly exceptional work this year. We’re proud of what we have achieved this season, but our sights are already set on the next challenge.

Maintaining that mentality is crucial. Results are driven by a collaborative push between our players and coaches. When we succeed, we do so together. Our responsibility as coaches is to foster an environment in which our players' achievements are recognized, but that we maintain our focus on reaching the next level each and every year. In the coming season in particular we are delighted to start competing on the boys side in the NAL. Our existing NAL teams have set a powerful precedent, and our boys are ready to rise to the standard outlined this year.”

Andrew Serafino, IFA West Director
