IFA Alumni Kamar Burris-Khan Helps Cultivate Personal Excellence Collaborating on a Newly Published Self-Help Book!

At IFA, we look to push our players to grow both as athletes and as young men and women! Kamar Burris-Khan represents those exact values as a young student, entrepreneur, and recently published editor!

Working with Ryan Quirk, Kamar helped to publish “An 18 Year Old's Guide To Self Mastery: How to Master Your Life From the Inside Out” which was released in December of 2023!

Kamar describes the work as “a valuable resource for the younger generation, offering insights into achieving joy, love, and success through self-mastery…” with the goal of “empowering and inspiring young achievers in their journey towards personal excellence.”

Kamar drew upon values he learned at IFA, stating that his time in the academy helped him to “translate the principles of dedication and passion from the soccer field to everyday life.”
