IFA New England Appoints Mark Spalding to the Role of Technical Director

We are thrilled to welcome Mark Spalding to the club in the role of Technical Director. Mark brings with him a wealth of experience and will play an integral role in the development of all players and staff within the club. Mark holds a UEFA Pro License and boasts an impressive resume including serving as the assistant coach at Memphis 901 in the USL Championship, the Head of intermediate Academy for Rangers Football Club in Glasgow, technical director at GPS, and the assistant manager at Dumbarton FC and St Mirren FC in the Scottish Championship.

The club has shown unbelievable ambition in its short time and I am thrilled to help the clubs players and coaches continue to progress and be successful on and off the pitch. I am excited at the opportunity to lead the soccer provision during this important time as the club looks to grow and enhance many areas including its soccer methodology, player progression pathways, and coach development.” - Mark Spalding
